Frequently Asked Questions

What is cm/360?

It is how many centimeters you move your mouse to turn your character a full circle. It is the best way to compare sensitivity across games and players.

What is eDPI?

eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It is a quick way to compare setups in the same game.

Why does my aim still feel different?

Games use different field of view, scopes and zoom settings. The 360° distance will match, but the feel of aiming can change a little.

Do I need to change my DPI?

No. Keep your DPI the same and change only the in-game sensitivity. Just enter the same DPI you use in the tool.

How do I convert Valorant sensitivity to CS2?

How do I convert Apex Legends sensitivity to Valorant?

Apex Legends uses the same turn speed as CS2, so multiply your Apex sensitivity by 0.314 to get your Valorant sensitivity. Apex to CS2 stays the same number.

How do I convert Overwatch 2 sensitivity to Valorant?

Which games are supported by this converter?

You can convert between Valorant, CS2, CS:GO, Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Source, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Call of Duty, Warzone, Destiny 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, Deadlock, Team Fortress 2, Titanfall 2, Quake Champions, Left 4 Dead 2, Half-Life 2, Portal 2 and Garry's Mod.

What is a good cm/360 for FPS games?

Many FPS players use somewhere between 20 and 45 cm/360, but the best value depends on your arm movement, mousepad size and the game you play. Start with your current cm/360 and adjust in small steps.

What DPI should I use for gaming?

Most players use 400, 800 or 1600 DPI. A higher DPI is not better by itself. Pick one DPI you like, keep it fixed and change only the in-game sensitivity.

Do Windows settings and mouse acceleration matter?

Yes. Turn off Enhance pointer precision in Windows, keep the pointer speed at the default setting and use raw input in your game. This keeps your aim consistent and makes the conversion accurate.

Is a lower or higher sensitivity better for aiming?

Neither is better for everyone. Lower sensitivity usually gives more precise aim in tactical shooters, while higher sensitivity helps fast turns in games like Apex or Overwatch. Pick the one you can control best.

Do scoped and ADS sensitivities convert too?

This tool converts your main (hip-fire) sensitivity. Scopes and aim-down-sights use their own multipliers in each game, so check them in the practice range after converting.

How accurate is this mouse sensitivity converter?

It uses each game's turn-speed value to match your 360° distance. Small differences can come from rounding or from games that only accept certain sensitivity steps. Always test in the practice range after converting.

Is this sensitivity converter free?

Yes. It is free to use, needs no sign up and works on desktop and mobile.
